Sebrina holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, equipping her with a robust academic foundation to support her practical expertise. Since 2019, she has been serving as the Majority Leader Council member in East Hartford, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping and implementing policy decisions that impact the community.
